Getting to Washington D.C. airport
Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) is 43 kilometres from Washington D.C., which is an hour-long drive. You can take the Silver Line metro rail to the Silver Line Express bus, which will then drop you off directly in front of the terminal. You can also take the Fairfax Connector buses 981 and 983, or the Metrobus Route 5A.
